products contained on the website to a broad spectrum of interested users.

SHS will not be liable for any consequences, wheather direct or indirect, arising
from any use of the website.

The disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any
failure of performance, error, omission, inaccuracy, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication
line failure, unauthorized access to, or any other cause of action, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

All the information, texts and graphical elements, including their formatting and
presentation, represent the intellectual property of SHS.
Restrictions on Use
SHS restrains all users the right to:

Copy and reproduce, in whole or in part, archive and store any of the content
from the website without the express written permission of the Service;

Try to interfere, through any means, in the content of the website.
Violations of the Terms of Use may subject the client to penal or civil liability. SHS reserves the right to investigate any
suspected violations of these Terms of Use and may initiate an investigation and cooperate with the relevant authorities in the prosecution of the
involved persons.

Access to, and use of, the SHS website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. It is prohibited to use the website
content in commercial purposes, as well as the repeated and systematic upload of the elements, including those unprotected ones.
Any user of the website content, in written and/or graphical form, is not authorized and, therefore, brakes the Law No. 293-XIII of 23
November 1994 on copyright and neighbouring rights, Law No. 1536-XIII of 25 February 1998 on the hydrometeorological activity, as well as the
Government Resolution No. 935 of 11 October 1999 „On the use of the hydrometeorological information in the economical activity of
the economic agents”.
